Welcome to Abney Baptist Church of Kershaw, South Carolina. We are a Bible believing conservative Southern Baptist Church preaching and teaching the inerrant Word of God.

Here you will find a fellowship of excitement. Our worship is dynamic, featuring Southern Gospel and Traditional music as well as some Praise and Worship music, and centered around the expository preaching of the Word of God.

We have programs for all age groups that involve Bible study, fellowship and ministry.

From pre-school through senior adults, there is something for everyone at Abney Baptist Church, and all that we do centers around the precious Word of God.

We have people driving from a three county radius to our services, because they find here what they can find few places. You see, we aren't about fads and slogans. We aren't interested in changing the message of the Bible; we believe that the Bible changes people. Neither are we interested in cold dead ritualism. We believe that worship should be alive and exciting. After all, the Bible teaches us that we have, "passed from death unto life." That is exciting!
